Substance Use & Dual Diagnosis

Dr. Kofi Mensah

Addiction Psychiatrist

Dr. Mensah approaches addiction without judgment. He understands that substance use is often a response to pain, trauma, or unmet mental health needs — and he works with patients to address the root causes, not just the symptoms.

About

Dr. Kofi Mensah is Clearwater's Addiction Psychiatrist, specialising in substance use disorders, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Originally from Kumasi, Ghana, he earned his medical degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology before completing advanced addiction psychiatry training at the Cleveland Clinic.
