About
Dr. Lena Vasquez is Clearwater's Child and Adolescent Therapist, bringing warmth, expertise, and a genuine love for young people to every session. Raised in San Antonio, Texas, she completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Baylor College of Medicine before specialising in child and adolescent mental health at Boston Children's Hospital.
Dr. Vasquez has spent over a decade working with children and teenagers navigating anxiety, depression, school refusal, self-harm, identity challenges, and family disruption. She is particularly skilled in working with LGBTQ+ youth and providing affirming, culturally sensitive care.
She is a passionate advocate for early intervention and has partnered with local schools and community centres to run mental health awareness programmes for students and parents.
